Worked directly with the President of the Foundation to improve growth, access, and liquidity for protocol native token across CEXs, OTC flows, on-off ramps, and on-chain liquidity. Took native token from a single tier-2 CEX listing with ≈$100 - 150k in daily volume to multiple venue listings and sustained ≈$750k - $1M average daily volume by year-end through strategic sequencing and execution.

EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT UNDER CONSTRAINTS
Led the end-to-end sourcing and execution of a bespoke private-market capital transaction to extend operational runway, including counterparty identification, negotiation, and completion. Delivered under time pressure, the transaction secured approximately six months of critical additional runway while preserving operational continuity.
